My Background 

Motivational International Speaker Leonie Laird is the Founder of The Red Trench Coat Chronicles.
This company empowers and educates the masses on to how to overcome obstacles, find motivation in
challenging times and keep high productivity. Leonie made intentional decisions to “kick fear” and teach
others how to reach their greatest potential! This was fuelled by frustration and stress of not achieving her
many goals. Leonie has an unrelenting passion for empowering people, birthed from her inner desire to
help others.
As a Speaker, Life Coach, Author, and business owner Leonie has been invited to various countries
including the United States, Suriname, South America, The Caribbean, and Ghana, West Africa. With a
strong background in Public Speaking, Training and Program Development, Leonie mentors with passion
providing audiences with practical strategies they can apply personally and professionally. She has
overcome various obstacles and now is helping others do the same. Leonie holds a BA Degree in
Psychology, Master’s Degree in Christian Counselling, Certification in Business Management and
Certified Prevention Specialist.
Leonie’s honors include being featured in the Karen Carrington Newsletter and past President of
American Society of Training & Development, Mississippi Chapter, Jackson Mississippi, USA and countless amount of Keynote Speaking at Women of Faith Conferences.
